About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in email campaign management, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns based on business and marketing objectives.
* Create, schedule, and deploy targeted email campaigns for different audience segments.
* Manage email lists, databases, segmentation, and subscriber data.
* Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
* Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and engagement.
* Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization.
* Prepare regular email marketing performance reports.
* Coordinate with content and design teams to develop effective email creatives.
* Ensure email campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.
* Maintain proper campaign records and follow email marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in Email Marketing.
* Hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign management tools.
* Good knowledge of email campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting.
* Understanding of email marketing metrics and performance analysis.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet campaign deadlines.
* Willingness to work in the UK Shift.
